M2 Unit 34

Website Review

The creation of an interactive website requires a program such as Dreamweaver, which allows you to create a website with a semi-difficult interface, along with allowing you to switch between code and design view, or picking a split of both, allowing for a look at what you’re designing, and easy to edit code.
With a set of buttons, you can create website navigation systems, flash buttons to link to pages, and embedding and navigation to Pay Pal via a buy now button, using forms I made various buttons for the website I created, as I used Submit buttons in order to create a prototype website navigation system.
I created a header using Photoshop for use with my website.
I used a background as previously my website looked bland, and therefore I decided to fix that.
I used a table to create a basis for my website, using the table button, and then set upon making a background for each page, using extensive searches of google images, this is what came up:
Along with this image, i decided to use various others which will not be shown. And this is the result: My central homepage, which links to all areas of the website.

As i do not have a pay pal account, i had to use the one on the Kingswood School BTEC website, and i believe it worked well.
I merely copied the code for the pay pal button and placed it on my trailers page, as shown here:
When the user presses this button it links to the designated pay pal page.

Along with the pay pal button, i also inserted a you tube clip for my trailer, as seen in this Code view, along with inserting the embedded code so the trailer could be viewed on the web page.

I also inserted some forms to create different buttons to navigate the website with, as shown below, these submit buttons would navigate to different areas of the website, that as this was a test, i did not create a two-way system for these buttons yet.

  1. A good start, but we need annotated screenshots to show all the features you added and how you did it.
