•  Leadership Skills, Experience in the field they work in,
•  Good communication and Interpersonal skills, can solve problems, positive attitude,
•  Flexibility, Honest, Reliable, able to work using your own initiative, Willing to take part in training.

All of these can be related to an IT Technician, as they are all needed to have a steady income and a good job, as Leadership skills mean you can lead your fellow technicians in their work efforts, and can also communicate well with those higher than you in the corporate Hierarchy.
